A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Still curious? Let’s talk

Can I use Gymr if I’m new to lifting?
Yes. Start with a beginner routine, get familiar with the exercises, and record your sets at your own pace. Your history gives you a starting point for your next session.
Can I follow my own workout plan?
Yes. Create your own workouts and organize your training, or choose a routine from the workout library. You can also start a free workout when you want a less structured session.
How does the strength score work?
Your starting lifts are your baseline. As you log comparable sets, Gymr shows how your strength changes relative to those lifts. The muscle map makes that personal progress easier to see.
What can I track?
Log exercises, sets, reps, and weights. Review your workout history, strength trends, training volume, weekly targets, and bodyweight in one place.
Where can I download Gymr?
Gymr is available on the Apple App Store. Visit the listing for current device compatibility, pricing, and any in-app purchases.
How do I get help?
